This notice describes Connect Now account and communication-service data. The parent company separately publishes its Netca Solutions Privacy Policy.
Privacy requests can be sent to info@netcasolutions.com. Include the relevant account email and request type without sending passwords or verification codes.
Information used by the service
Account records include registration and contact details, authentication records and account approval or suspension state. Number-profile records include names, ownership, assigned numbers and service configuration.
Communication records can include caller and recipient identifiers, call times, direction and duration, message contents and provider statuses, voicemail recording references and available transcripts. Transaction records include plans, order references, payment states and paid-period information.
Why information is used
These records support authentication, number ownership, communication delivery, history display, voicemail access, billing, renewal, administrative review and support investigations.
Technical and provider-event information may be processed to identify failures, prevent unauthorized assignments and reconcile service or payment events.
Service providers and access
Hostinger hosts the website, database and application API. Twilio and Telnyx provide the configured telecom services. Firebase supports configured application functions. Payment handling uses the configured payment service.
Relevant information is processed through the providers required for the selected workflow. Authorized administrators can review customer, profile, payment and service records for administration and support. Access is not made public through the available-number inventory.
Cookies and authentication
The website uses session cookies and security tokens to maintain sign-in and protect form submissions. Session cookies support account access rather than granting access to another customer’s records.
Blocking necessary cookies can prevent sign-in or form actions from working. This notice does not claim that optional advertising or analytics cookies are deployed when their actual configuration has not been confirmed.
Payment and recording access
The website does not introduce an unconnected form for collecting full payment-card details. Payment records are associated with the configured checkout workflow.
Voicemail recordings are accessed through the existing authorized audio workflow. Do not share recording URLs, private messages or account credentials with unauthorized parties.
Security and retention
The implementation uses password hashing, protected session settings, request verification and access checks. Provider credentials are not intended to appear in public pages or downloadable releases. No online service can promise absolute security.
Account, transaction and communication records can have different retention needs and provider availability periods. Contact us for the applicable retention or deletion request; this notice does not invent a fixed storage duration that is not configured.
Your requests and third-party links
You may ask about access, correction or deletion of your account information and raise other applicable privacy requests. Identity and account ownership may need to be checked before information is disclosed or changed.
Provider, payment and other linked websites have their own data practices. Their availability or policies are not controlled by a link on this website.
