Connect Now
Getting-started guides

From your first number to an organized workspace.

Follow the normal Connect Now workflow for ordering, activating and managing a number. Each step has a clear purpose and a visible service state.

Start with a country

1. Create your account

Register with your own name and email, then sign in securely. Complete any requested account review before expecting a profile to activate.

Use the same account in the Android application and portal so you are viewing the same owned profiles.

2. Choose a country and number

Open Numbers, choose the country and review its live inventory. Filter supported capabilities and select the number you want.

A listing is not a reservation or a completed purchase. Availability is checked again when the order is created and fulfilled.

3. Choose a plan and pay

Choose monthly, three months or annual. Review the selected number and order details, then use the configured payment workflow.

Keep the order reference. Payment confirmation and activation approval are separate; check both instead of relying on a screenshot of a payment screen.

4. Review approval and activation

Watch the order and profile state in your portal. Provider identity or address requirements may need to be satisfied before the order can be fulfilled.

Contact support with the order reference if fulfillment reports an error. Do not repeatedly order the same number or submit a second payment without clarifying the first order.

5. Use the correct profile

Give the line a clear purpose. Select it before calling or messaging in the Android application. View the related history and voicemail in the portal.

If an administrator assigns an already-owned number to you, follow the same payment and activation rules shown for the profile.

6. Keep track of renewal

Check the profile’s paid-period and grace dates. Renew through its existing subscription workflow before the grace period ends.

Legacy grandfathered profiles may not have a timed subscription. Ask support about the correct plan rather than assuming a missing date means a failed purchase.
